I've seen the bonus meter push past 100x on runs, but it resets when the run breaks, so you need a clean chain to land big.
There's a Mega Drop progressive option on many builds of Tetris Extreme. A slice of each stake feeds three jackpots named Minor, Major and Epic, which can trigger at random. The Mega Drop version also comes with a stronger RTP at about 96.09%, while the standalone sits around 94.09%. All blocks pay the same regardless of colour, with 25+ squares paying 8x stake before multipliers. It's a different rhythm to standard reels, yet the loop of clears and drops is easy to follow.
