Basic Information for Wild Pumpkins
As a Halloween release from TrueLab Games, Wild Pumpkins landed for the 2022 Halloween period and it's a fun game on a large playing field with 6 reels, 4 rows and as many as 4,096 ways to win. The Halloween theme is in full swing and the package looks slick and polished, with small animations and a soundtrack that lifts the atmosphere. I like how the setup feels roomy without being fussy, so spins flow well and you always see stacks of ways lining up across the grid.
The betting range runs from just £0.20 per spin all the way up to £200, which suits quick sessions and deeper runs. The mathematical model combines a medium volatility level with a juicy 10,000x jackpot, and the theoretical RTP of Wild Pumpkins is 95.55%. That figure sits below the current industry average, though the gameplay loop has enough bite to keep me on board. If you're up for something pleasantly scary, this one hits the seasonal spot without feeling throwaway.

Wild Pumpkins Slot Features
Pumpkin Wilds and Crow Scatters do the heavy lifting here. Pumpkin Wilds can substitute for other symbols to complete winning combinations, but they land only on reels 2 to 5. They are Multiplier Wilds with random win multipliers from 1x to 3x, and when more than one Pumpkin Wild is involved in a win, the multipliers are multiplied by each other before they are applied. That interaction is the heartbeat of the base game.
Land 3 or more Crow Scatters and you'll trigger the Free Spins feature with up to 20 free spins. During free spins, all Pumpkin Wilds become Sticky upon landing, which lets wins build over a sequence rather than a single spin. Each Crow Scatter that drops in the bonus adds one extra free spin to your tally. I've had rounds where a single early Wild locked in and kept paying as fresh stacks rolled through.
If patience isn't your thing, the Buy Bonus option lets you purchase the Free Spins feature outright for 100x your bet. I used it to test volatility spikes and to chase that perfect screen with Sticky Multiplier Wilds across the middle. It's a clean shortcut to the best part of the game and gives solid clarity on the slot's hit rhythms when you're learning how the features pace out properly.
