Global Multiplier & Big Symbols in Avalon X
The global multiplier climbs as clusters land: +1 for low pays, +2 for high pays. It holds through avalanches, then resets after the spin. Big symbols hit in 2x2, 3x3, or 4x4 sizes, count as the cells they cover, and crush 1x1s on the drop, sparing matching types, wilds, scatters, and Mystery Boxes. After each win, a fresh wild is generated; multiple wilds in the same cluster merge into a multiplier wild, and linked clusters split that multiplier where needed.
Mystery Boxes in Avalon X
Mystery Boxes act as blockers. Land 5 or more in view and, once no more wins occur, they activate together. They reveal the same pay symbol, a wild, or trigger Avalon features. This is the engine that mirrors Avalon Gold's coin play, but with neat twists that tie into the slot's global build-up. It's a strong pacing tool in the base, and it snowballs well once multipliers are set up.
Avalon features from Boxes include Coin values, Collect, Redrop, and a Global Multiplier Spreader. Collect gathers all shown coins and reactivates their Boxes. Redrop gives a symbol drop and re-triggers all Boxes currently in view after other Box effects. The Spreader multiplies a selection of coin values. One caveat from my sessions: the global multiplier doesn't multiply coin wins, so Box coins live in their own lane while line wins take the big lift.

Avalon X Symbols and Paytable
Low pays are four animal emblems; highs are four knight symbols. Cluster pays start from 5 connected, orthogonal matches. At the floor, 5-of-a-kind pays range from 0.05x to 1x; at the top end, 16+ clusters reach 5x to 50x. Wilds substitute for all regular pays. Each winning cluster spawns a new wild into a random empty position. When more than one wild helps form a cluster, they merge to create a multiplier wild.
