Betting Options and Features in Nightfall
Above the reels sits the Instant Prize Slab, showing values from 2x up to 5000x the stake. Fireball icons can land and shoot up to strike the slab above their reel. Three hits on the same position award that slab prize and then a fresh value drops in. When you are lining up two hits and chasing the third, the base game turns properly tense and streaky, especially when cascades keep feeding more chances.
Fireball Multiplier symbols are where things open up. They land with 2x, 3x, 5x, 10x, 25x or 50x, applied straight to the slab they target. Nightfall Slot Features
The wild window symbol in Nightfall substitutes for all regular icons and also acts as a scatter, but it will not stand in for Fireball or Fireball Multiplier symbols. Landing three or more in view triggers Free Games. In my sessions this usually comes from cascades dropping extra wilds rather than a straight three across, which suits the way the reels tumble and keeps the trigger feeling natural during streaks.
You start the bonus with six free spins, plus one extra for every additional wild scatter that landed in the trigger. During the round only wild scatters, Fireballs, multiplier Fireballs and dud icons appear, so every spin feels very focused. Progress on the Instant Prize Slab no longer resets between spins. Three Fireballs on a slab position still claim its value, but now you can keep building across the board as the round rolls on.
Collecting wild scatters extends the feature. Every set of three adds two extra free spins, and there is no stated cap, so you can dig quite deep when the drops go your way. All wins in the bonus come from the slabs, so when the numbers and multipliers stack up it can be electric. When the board is bare, the round can fizzle quickly, which matches the medium high pace the game carries overall.
